Surrounded by fields, this beautiful 15th century holiday cottage (3-star rating from French Tourist Board) near the village of Sermaise in the west of the Loire Valley, is ideal for a peaceful holiday. Situated at the end of a semi-private lane, it has its own private gravelled patio area where you can enjoy the amazing views. Guests also have access to landscaped gardens.

Entirely restored , the delightfully decorated holiday cottage (120m2, 1300ft2) can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a large fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machines. There is also a washing machine in the cottage.

We have done everything to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. Guests have access to a heated outside swimming pool in July and August, a ping-pong table, two adult and two children's bikes, a boule set, and basketball hoop. Should the weather not been favourable for you, various books and board games for adults and children are available in the cottage.

Nearby are two lakes for swimming, two swimming pools (one inside, one outside), numerous castles and vineyards to visit.
